New Pond
Location: Waterbury Center | Project Type: Pond
This home was surrounded by dense woods and our client wanted open space and a custom pond. We cleared the land and built this pond per their design. It includes a waterfall, supplemental water supply from well and power and water to the gardens.

Key Deliverables
Collaborate with property owner to design custom pond and gardens
Clear dense woods and concentrate natural water for pond supply
Excavate pond and line with clay from alternate location on property
Build rock waterfall and install supplemental water line from house
Install buried water lines and power to three stations throughout gardens
Prepare garden areas with compost and topsoil per homeowners plans
Engage plumber and electrician for water and power connections to house
