Schoolhouse Preservation

One of our favorites! This client bought a deserted old schoolhouse and restored it into a custom home while preserving much of its original character. We worked with a house moving company to lift the building off its old failed foundation. We then excavated under the building and prepared it for a new foundation. A new septic system and drilled well were also added to complete the project.

Key Deliverables
